At Sam’s Crystals and Creations, each piece is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we also comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Because our products are handmade, customised, and often involve candles and crystals, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian
Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damage or fault
A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Candles & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons:
Used or burned candles cannot be returned
Candles must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for assessment
Minor variations in colour, scent strength, crystal placement, or finish are normal due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.
Mystery Items
Our gem candles/ candle items are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for faulty or damaged items
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind requests
